Registration Fees

The registration fee for each boat is $425.00 and covers two people only. Additional crew members are $100.00 each. Each crew member will receive:

Inclusion in a spectacular boating run which has been coordinated with the following agencies for safety: US Coast Guard, National Park Service, Wisconsin State Parks - Big Bay, Wisconsin DNR, Bayfield Police, Ashland County Sheriff, Bayfield Harbor Commission, Ashland Municipal Marina, City of Ashland, City of Bayfield
Poker hand for awards and prizes (1 per boat with option for additional cards and hands)

Accommodations

We have rooms arranged at the Hotel Chequamegon for the event. Reservations should be made directly with the Hotel Chequamegon no later than June 15, 2008. We are getting special discount rates (as posted below), so be sure to tell them you are participating in the Apostle Islands Poker Run to get the discount. If we have not received your registration to the event, your reservation and discount are not confirmed and you may be forced to forfeit your room for other registered participants. Dockage and Boat Launch

Participants can dock inside the breakwall at the Ashland Marina for $20 per night, but rafting may be required. If you prefer, a limited number of full service slips will be available for Friday and Saturday night for $1 per boat foot per night. Showers are available. Space is limited and should be reserved directly with the Ashland Marina at (715)682-7049. There are launching facilities near the marina sufficient for all poker run boats. A parking area will be reserved at the marina for all Poker Run trucks and trailers. Contact Apostle Islands Offshore for assistance if you need reservations for crane (available in Bayfield) or travelift service (available in Ashland, Washburn or Bayfield).

Fuel

If you require 110 octane leaded race fuel it is available for a competitive price at the CITGO station 3 blocks east of the event center in Ashland. Please contact the station at (715)682-5521 for details.
