2005 Event Highlights

On July 29-31, 2005 Apostle Islands Offshore hosted the 1st annual Apostle Islands Poker Run.

We would like to thank the groups and individuals who protested and told us we were not welcome, for expressing their view in a professional manner.  We also appreciate all of the publicity our event has received throughout the upper Midwest as a result.  We respect the perspective of those who oppose our event and even though we may not agree on some things, we value the area as they do.

The crowds loved us coming to the area but that didn't seem as interesting for the headlines in 2005.  Check out some of the news articles published in the newspaper:
