Apostle Islands Offshore (AIO) organizes boating events for powerboat enthusiasts. These events include Poker Runs and Fun Runs in which proceeds that may be raised from sponsors and participants are donated to charity. AIO events are held around the Apostle Islands, Chequamegon Bay, and surrounding areas on Lake Superior, including Ashland, Bayfield, Washburn, Madeline Island, Red Cliff, the Town of Russell, Saxon Harbor and Black River Harbor.
